Meet Michael Piechowski

Michael joined Plus Development Group & Plus Real Estate to pursue his passion for creating extraordinary spaces and bringing ambitious visions to life. He is a seasoned Cost and Development Manager as well as an Owner’s Representative with more than a decade of experience in Los Angeles. Michael strives to simplify the intricacies of the construction process, providing his clients with straightforward insight and confidence throughout their projects. With a trained eye for detail and a track record of successful projects, Michael continues to manage a portfolio of high-end single-family homes in various stages of the development process, overseeing every aspect from team assemblage and design coordination to final delivery.

Michael was born and raised in Los Angeles. He attended Loyola High School in Downtown Los Angeles and upon graduation, received his degree from The Ohio State University.
