For Brendan Brown, real estate uniquely combines his passions of architecture, art,, design, and fashion. At the age of 12, Brendan was carefully selecting the stone, floors, and design elements for his family’s property. At 18, he began his real estate career, and found himself not just selling the properties - but overseeing their renovation and design, too. After graduating magna cum laude from the University of Arizona and Chapman University (in Finance and Business Administration), his singular drive led him to establish his own brokerage at 23.
This aesthetic discernment, combined with a pulse for the culturally resonant, fueled the success of his fashion and lifestyle blog, Mr. BGB. Before the age of 30, he had made a name for himself as a international tastemaker, given his own Huffington Post contributor panel, and was counted among the exclusive GQ, Mr. Porter, and Travel + Leisure Insiders. His collaboration with fashion lifestyle brands, close associations with celebrities, and natural magnetism led Page Six to name him one of New York City’s “Men About Town”.

A Newport Beach native, Brendan Brown’s West Coast knowledge is roots-deep. In 2018, he expanded his expertise to include the East Coast, allying with firms like Douglas Elliman and Knight Frank. Returning to California in 2021, he partnered with the globally-renowned Westside Estate Agency and quickly ascended to represent prominent names in entertainment, sports, art, and technology. His bi-coastal deals include iconic buildings in New York’s Hadid Building, and Sierra Tower’s in West Hollywood.
