Meet Maureen "Mo" Dawn

Maureen "Mo" Dawn has spent over three decades at the intersection of real estate and design, a combination that has become her signature. An honors graduate of Stanford University, she is a California native who has called Newport Beach home for more than forty years, giving her an intricate command of the coastal luxury market. Mo's sharp eye for contracts led to nominations for industry committees, along with awards recognizing her performance.

Alongside her real estate career, Mo has run Modus Operandi, her own interior design firm on Balboa Island, since the mid-1980s, with a client roster spanning Montecito to Mexico.
