Meet Jamie McKinnon

Jamie McKinnon has worked in luxury real estate since 2009, representing clients that range from first-time buyers to seasoned investors. She grew up in the business alongside her mother, respected agent Sharon McKinnon. Today the two work closely together, sharing clients, while Jamie also runs a thriving practice of her own. Much of her business comes by referral, from clients who value how attentive and responsive she is at every step.

Marketing is one of Jamie's signatures. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Southern Methodist University, where she double majored in Advertising and Spanish and finished her degree early. That training gives her a natural feel for how a home should be presented, priced, and positioned. It shows in the way her listings stand out. Clients also count on her for being easy to reach, straightforward, and meticulous with the details that matter most.

Jamie also brings hands-on experience to her work. She has remodeled homes and owns investment properties of her own, giving her a real sense of value and of what a property can become. She is now with Plus Real Estate, a brokerage that serves clients across the country. Outside of work, Jamie is an avid sailor and member of the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, a passionate golfer and member of Big Canyon Country Club, and a dedicated supporter of the Harvesters, a group that raises funds to fight hunger in her community.
