Alena Steichen brings more than 10 years of experience in the homeowners association and community management industry, where she has built a reputation for strong relationships, exceptional service and a solutions driven approach. Her background working closely with HOA boards, homeowners, vendors and development teams has given her a well-rounded understanding of communities from both an operational and a development perspective.

With a passion for real estate and deep knowledge of what makes South Orange County's communities unique, Alena now brings that industry expertise into residential real estate. Her experience in new development and community operations gives her a distinctive perspective on properties, neighborhoods, and the details that matter most when making a major real estate decision.

Alena holds a California real estate license and a bachelor's degree in General Business from Boise State University.
